Grilled cheese. Tomato soup. But not just any tomato soup. It’s one you made. And by you I mean me. And by me I mean us. But mostly me. I made the soup. And it was good. Also the grilled cheese.

Lots of great chipotle tomato soups out there but roasting vegetables for any soup is š¤
1 chopped red onion
A whole thing of garlic also chopped but no specifically just perfectly
A chipotle pepper if you want some smoky spice
Some olive oil
Baked in a hot room at 425F for an hour ish
Two cans of tomatoes also baked without the juice
Then Those things can go in a pot with some broth and the rest of the tomato juice…I don’t know how much broth exactly just some. Make sure it’s not too hot
Use your particle maker to turn it all into a liquid
If you use a blender also make sure it’s not too hot but they you have to remove the cap on the top and fold a towel over it. If you don’t do this the soup could explode everywhere and burn you. You gotta let the steam escape.
Add 2 teaspoons of salt
Some pepper pepper pepper
Some pinches of sugar
cook it
Adjust everything
